Associations
At TREMARK Associates we take our obligations to our clients, employees, field agents and our industry extremely seriously and we take a highly proactive approach to membership of the various industry associations. Participation in, information from and knowledge of, all aspects of our industry and the events, actions and legalities relating to it are central to providing relevant and up-to-date facts, information and advice to our clients.
As an employer, we also recognise the vital need for ongoing training and development, not only to help our people work effectively but also to enable them to develop individually. We regularly take advantage of those memberships to enable our staff to undertake industry related training courses. Our staff also attend regular customer service-related training events held by the Leeds, York and North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce.
Our industry is currently unlicensed and therefore we are proud to have attained membership of the Association of British Investigators and the Credit Services Association. All members are strictly vetted, must adhere to strict codes of conduct and are subject to a robustly enforced complaints system. We are also holders of a Consumer Credit Licence (No.402508).
