Few people could boast such a fabulous name as Bytheway! For those who might apply a direct literal translation it can mean 'in passing', 'before I forget', 'while on the subject'.

So, while on the subject, let's just remind ourselves that this Mr Bytheway is a Certificated Bailiff, a full member of the Association of British Investigators, a fluent Spanish speaker, a Spanish property specialist and someone you would not forget about!

The process serving of injunctions, statutory demands, bankruptcy petitions and court orders, as well as undertaking bailiff duties, puts Jason in direct contact with the public in what sometimes can be difficult and stressful situations. Added to which there is an often mistaken view that undertaking legal and official duties of this type somehow involves intimidation and threats by bailiffs. Nothing could be further from the truth. In fact there have been occasions where Jason has been physical threatened – the most serious with a Samurai sword.
