She's a tough collections negotiator, a qualified certified bailiff and a former semi professional ladies footballer who played in the National Women's Premier League for Leeds United.

Recovering book debt and sales ledger arrears on behalf of commercial clients, solicitors and insolvency practitioners involves great negotiating ability, an assertive but fair approach along with experience, knowledge and an understanding of people's behaviour. So for this demanding job you also need to be something of a psychologist!

Joining Tremark in 2005 and establishing and managing the Debt Recovery Department from 2008, Stacey's early career began at TD Waterhouse Stockbrokers as a trainee share dealer, negotiating with the market on behalf of buyers and sellers, where at just seventeen she was one of the youngest people to pass the Registered Representative Examination and quickly went on to become a key member of the corporate dealing team which involved negotiating multimillion pound transactions.

As a specialist in debt recovery and legal strategies, Stacey's well organised, comprehensive and positive approach, including being a driving force behind Tremark's award for 'Best Debt Collection Agency' at the 2010 St Nicks Insolvency Awards, continues to bring outstanding results for her, her team and our clients.
