Forfeiture of Lease

A Forfeiture of Lease is used to secure a property where there has been a breach in the terms of the lease and the landlord wants to regain possession. We act on behalf of the landlord to gain peaceful entry to the premises, changing locks and attaching termination notices. This is usually undertaken very early in the morning or late at night, allowing us to ensure that the property is left safe and secure, with the minimum of confrontation.
