Warrant to Distraint

In plain English, a Warrant to Distraint means that we are instructed and authorised by a landlord or solicitor to enter a property to collect money owed or levy and remove goods to sell at public auction in order to satisfy the debt using our teams of qualified certificated bailiffs. Under most circumstances, unless instructed otherwise the costs associated with our involvement will be the responsibility of and paid by the debtor.
