Managing Director, Mark Hodgson is an associate member of R3 the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and a regular attendee at R3 events. Each account is handled by a specialist collector who will contact your debtor through a variety of methods including telephone, fax, letter, email and courier, within 24 hours of us receiving your instructions. We can also request payment of a debt compensation fee and interest that you are legally entitled to under the ‘Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act (Interest) 1998’.

Our experience in this field ensures that our service and strategies used in each case are tailored to each individual matter, to ensure the maximum possible recovery.

On disputed accounts, TREMARK Associates can negotiate on your behalf in order to bring about an amicable settlement. A commission fee is usually charged for this service on a ‘No Recovery – No Charge’ basis only. However, we are happy to charge on a time basis if required.
