Over the last decade, taking legal action has become an increasingly ineffective and expensive way to recover outstanding debts.

Each account is handled by a specialist collector who will contact your debtor using all available methods including telephone, fax, letter, email and courier - within 24 hours of receiving your instructions.

TREMARK Associates works on a ‘No Collection, No Fee’ basis. This does not mean our services are free because, where successful, commission payments or fees and charges are applicable. However, there are many occasions where the cost of recovery could mean you pay only a relatively small fee to secure a substantial amount.

We are very proud of our high collection rates and will provide you with an individual case ‘Clear Cost’ quotation. This is a transparent and unambiguous estimate of any costs, charges and possible returns.

On disputed accounts, TREMARK Associates can negotiate on your behalf in order to bring about an amicable settlement. On occasions where we are unable to recover the debt, we will provide a free report which details our efforts and we provide options to enable you to make an informed decision about the next step. We do not believe in wasting clients’ money in taking legal action unless we believe there is a reasonable chance of recovery.
