High Court Enforcement Officers
High Court Enforcement Officers are responsible for enforcing High Court Court orders and Judgments. A warrant may be applied for by a creditor upon obtaining a court judgment for an unpaid debt.
High Court Warrants, formally known as a ‘Writ of Fifa’, are enforced by private bailiff companies licensed to act as High Court Enforcement officers. A warrant gives the bailiff or High Court Enforcement Officer the authority to take possession of land, property and goods in order to sell them to recoup the debt.
