Employment Tracing

Having the full picture of your debtor’s circumstances can often make the difference between getting paid and losing the money forever. At TREMARK Associates we use a variety of investigative techniques to trace your subject’s employment details and give you the information you need to secure the debt.

Enquiries are undertaken via telephone, professional internet databases, discreet local investigations and all enquiries comply to the provisions of the Data Protection Act.

A successful employers’ search can provide the following information:

  • Director status - Conclude whether the subject is a Director of any Limited companies
  • Benefits - Confirmation of whether your subject is in receipt of State Benefits.
  • Self or unemployed - Confirmation as to whether your subject is self-employed and under which regime they are trading, or whether they are currently unemployed
  • Service of court documents - In court actions when there is a duty to personally serve a subject, an employment address can be vital
  • Enforcement of CCJs - Information to progress with an Attachment of Earnings Order

All that is required for us to undertake an employers’ search is a full name and current residential address. This service can also be provided if necessary. The more information provided when requesting a search, the greater the likelihood of success.

Our reports are usually completed within 28 days. Urgent matters can be dealt with within seven days. This service is charged on a No Trace – No Fee basis.
